The experience of launching our new SLA Template site has been a very exciting one. To date we have created a number of generic SLA templates - the key ones are;
The feedback has been fantastic – both in terms of the quality of the SLA templates and the SLA Monitoring tool. Our intention is to maintain the quality and increase the quantity of SLAs. We are encourage all Shared Services and Outsourcing professionals to share the SLAs they can in order to make everyone’s life easier. I will, as always, keep you posted on new SLA templates as we include them.
