So let me tell you something you already know. Managed Service Customers love dashboards. They love colours – especially green. ‘But they also like to know about red and amber. They like to be able to view performance reports when they need them – not just when you send them.. And you know what – they like all the information on one page. They will ask for more if they need it. Managed Service Customers are sophisticated and mature – they want to get to the information they need quickly and they want to make quality assessments quickly.
